The cost center allocation report allows each flight leg to be assigned to specified cost centers. This is ideal for tracking aircraft usage by internal cost center codes, departments, projects, clients or other user-defined cost center types. The report itemizes costs by flight hours and flight miles for each individual aircraft within an account setup. The system allows for multiple cost centers per flight leg and they can be further classified by sub-categories. The report provides leg by leg cost center detail as well as summary information allocated by each cost center.
The ability to track flight usage by cost centers provides expanded capabilities of monitoring and reporting flight data.
